Juggling anyone?

Nak belajar Juggling tak?

Download this instructional videos and practise at your own pace. You don't have to be a clown to learn the skills. Anyone can take up juggling. From that makcik in London to that man with white kopiah in Pandan. (hehehe.....sapa tu?)

Benefits? It helps you to focus and concentrate on your task and I have read somewhere that it helps to reduce stress. And you can use in your exercise routines too. Run and juggling routine anyone?

You don't have juggling balls? No worries. If you go to IKEA, I believe you can get rubber balls for RM10 ( check the price first!). I am using juggling beans (RM35 for set 0f three balls). Kalau nak let me know. I can get it for you. But if you are really really broke, 3 biji oranges or apples will do.

I never take juggling classes during my University of Wisconsin-La Crosse's Clown Camp stint and learnt by myself through this wonderful instructional videos by The Jim Show. It took me 2-3 months or so to be able to juggle with confidence.

Now, I am quite OK with classic cascading style and looking forward to learn more interesting styles.

Jom Juggling!

  7. naj: don't write it on your list. just get three oranges and start practise!

  8. ish ish..any balls can do. not necessarily IKEA.

after a while i found Ikea a bit lighter now and chances are the balls will fly away/bounce.

do settles with heavier one. oranges? - cari yang inedible. unfortunately it is only available in northern iran..hehehe..

tips 1: as long you can hold two balls comfortably at one hand and one on the other ( this happens when you are confident enough to throw and catch 3 balls).

tips 2: start practicing in front of a wall. that will helps to keep you from "walking".

  9. Woohooo way to go iskandar!! I learnt to juggle when I was twelve but can never do more than three! How many can you successfully juggle?

another tip: juggle with two balls first i.e. throw 1, throw 2, catch 1, catch 2... until you're used to it then simply add the 3rd ball and voila!

  10. ijun,

me three balls now. am trying to use different styles. luckily for me my clown friend, Sam Tee lives nearby. so I can always go to his house to learn new skills from him.

the hardest things is to include comedy routine in it.

another tip to add on on yours, throw the balls in criss cross pattern. easy.
