It's 5 o'clock!!!

It's 5 o'clock! Sorry I can't blog anything now. I am off for my jogging session.
Info for atenah, I lost 5 kg after 1 month ++ stint.

    am thinking of buying a new scale ;)

    bro is, baru je dok wonder abt yr kempen malaysia cergas. apa ni...tak aci laaaa, i ni yg exercise 5 days a week for 1 hr (honest!) tak turun segram pun, boo hooo (women's metabolism lain kut...apa lagi excuse huh?). dah le skrang ni jadi kambing je makan rumput rampai, but my jeans are getting looser. anyway, am thinking of blogging *eksersais* part....errr...dah part brapa huh? will dedicate it to you and suuuup (another blogger bro).

    i am like that lah Iskandar, lepas makan je diet. Everytime makan tu memang tak toleh kiri kanan. Then i wonder why my diet doesnt work!

  7. tenah: my pants dah loose dah.. yea yea...semalam completed the 3.5 km circuit non setop!

    OOD: gua makan aje. tapi realised lately, sejak exercise ni, no more in between snacks etc.
