When I am starting to bake, it means one thing. I am deeply bored with my life. And baking is my way of getting my creative juice flows again. Last night I baked again. Marbled cheese brownies. Taste good. This is what my colleagues says today when I passed around the brownies.
But of course it is not as easy as you thought. The baking would definitely comes along with disasters. The first time I baked was during my univ. days. The recipe was Butter cake. The whole Bradford went dark while my butter cake start to rise in the oven. Yes of course, I suspected that the burnt-butter cake was the reason why the whole Bradford went blackout.
Last night, it was smooth until I was about to put the baking tin into the oven. The 20" x 20" tin won't fit in and I can't even close the oven's door. Luckily, my brain is still working - so I improvised a little bit - by getting aluminum foil and wrapped the oven's door. Hahaha............
Alas, the brownies turns OK this morning despite the bottom layer of the brownies burnt completely. Ah, that's easy, just scrape it and nobody will suspect a thing.

From the psychological point of view, u r using the cake baking process as means to vent ur anger and frustration while cleverly hiding any display of melancholic feelings. From the Freudian point of view, subconsciously u r deprived of something u yearned and desired so much that u convert it into something almost as desireful as u wish it should be. Amacam, am i close to interprete the causality of ur cake-baking activity? Or u r definitely feeling bored to death......
