Many people asked me what's next? after the library projects in Janda Baik and Bukit Gantang.
One thing for sure, I can't answer it myself since I am jobless by now.I have decided to quit my job and I won't be interested to associate myself with the organisation that I used to respect its mission in the near future.
Anyway, let's not dwell on it and come, let me tell you something worth much much better than the story of office politics-weak leadership-nepotisme.
Ripple effect. That's something I am interested in with regard to what's next? question mentioned earlier. Here are ripple-effect-good-news I would like to share with you.
Good news 1: One of the good people who went along with me to Bukit Gantang recently, Nasrun Mustapha has decided to raise funds to build a library for an orphanage in Machang. In addition to the library, the funds will be used to repaint the orphanage. He planned to visit the orphanage on 19th - 21st May 2008 during the Wesak weekend. Do let me know if you want to come/help along. More details on this later.
Good News 2: After reading the project we have done so far, a group of MCKK 88 oldboys are going to help an orphanage in Kuala Kangsar area during their oldboys weekend (19th April if I am not mistaken). I have given them the link of an orphanage, Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak-Anak Yatim Ghazalitul Aishiah in Kati, Kuala Kangsar and was told via SMS that they will reccee the place next week.
