Cerita Buku Hujung Minggu

Saya membeli 4 buah buku secondhand Junk Bookshop, Jalan Tun HS Lee, Kuala Lumpur pagi tadi.
  • A Walk Across America oleh Peter Jenkins
  • Spain oleh Jan Morris
  • Jim Thompson: The Legendary American of Thailand oleh William Warren
  • Berry's Book of Cunning Contraption oleh Roland Berry

Peter Jenkins pula banyak menulis tentang pengembaraan backpackingnya merentasi Amerika.

DB, I was at Jim Thompson Museum in Bangkok last week. Jim was a very special American that made it big in Thailand by taking Thai silk to international arena. He went missing at the age of 62 in Cameron Highland.... sad ending to his life. Bought a book on him by William Warren " Jim Thompson- The House on The Klong".

Pak Jafflam,

Wow!That's brilliant to have visited JT Museum in Bangkok. I have read William Warren's book. Left me a little bit disappointed as he's not go deeper into the msytery of JT disappearance.

any photos?
